Warrantee Returns/Refund Policy
We have a 2-tier warranty:
1) 90-days-no-questions-asked (well, to be honest, I AM going to ask you)--WE DO NOT WARRANTY AGAINST LOSS...but if the dog chews them up, some 4-yr-old tweaks them, YOU sit on them, or your best friend says they make you look dorky, we will repair, replace (with same or similar item), or refund.
2) After 90 days, our one-year-from-purchase warranty applies-- we will repair or replace (with same or similar item). We warranty the frames and lenses will hold up under “normal” everyday wear and tear...so don't sit on them! And if it turns out to be 13 months instead of 12, do not fret--call us!
PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING. IN SOME INSTANCES, WE MAY ASK FOR A PHOTO (OF THE ISSUE) INSTEAD OF THE RETURN OF ITEM.
Closeout Item Warranty: 90 days/Covers quality issues in materials and construction, assuming “everyday wear”and no abuse. We will repair, replace, or issue credit (for use towards purchasing another in-stock item). As it is a closeout item, there may not be any more of that specific style available.

You may cancel any order placed with us by Contacting Us. If the item(s) have already been shipped out, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us at your expense. Upon receipt of goods, we will issue a full refund of the original charge, including our shipping and handling.
We normally ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. Our standard shipping and handling fee for domestic orders is $8.50 USD, and we use USPS Priority Mail. International orders are sent out using First Class International Mail, and most international packages start at $18.50 USD for shipping and handling. Contact Us for a quote on international mailing or for further information.
